We want you to love your Virgo Boutique pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
